UK Delivery
Although we have a 1pm cut off time, we will do our very best to ship your order the same day
Standard – UK delivery charge is £2.99 and FREE over £35.00. Orders are sent out by the Royal Mail Tracked 48 with a delivery aim of 2-3 days. Orders placed before 1pm, Monday to Friday will be sent out same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next day.
Express – UK delivery charge is £4.50. Orders are sent out by the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service with a delivery aim of 1-2 days. Orders placed before 1pm, Monday to Friday will be sent out same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next day.
Next Day – UK delivery charge is £8.50. Orders placed before 1pm, Monday to Friday will be sent out same day via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next day or the following Monday if placed after 1pm on Friday, all day Saturday or Sunday.
Please note: There is no Royal Mail service on Sunday or Bank Holidays
Returns & Exchanges
If you would like to return or exchange something, it’s no problem as long as the item is in a re-sellable condition with it’s original packaging – just give us a call or contact us. You are responsible for the return postage. If an item is damaged, we will need the item back to determine if it’s fair wear and tear or damaged through dog chewing or misuse.
