This company has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Their products are beautifully made and to a very high standard.

I mistakenly missed a line from my address when ordering which meant the parcel was sent back to sender, I mentioned it to Sarah and before I knew it another parcel had been boxed up and sent out with the updated address. I offered to pay for the postage as it was clearly my mistake but it was politely refused. I was blown away by the customer service and I will be using them again for sure.

What fantastic customer service from this small company. I ordered two 8mm slip leads and when they arrived, realised I really needed 10mm leads. Sarah has been an absolute star, she posted out two replacements immediately, even before I had a chance to get to my local post office. The leads are beautifully made at a reasonable price and should last well. Five star products and five star customer support.

My partner and I were looking for a matching collar, lead and harness for our Westie, by chance I found Bows & Whistles, after reading a number of reviews and contacting Sarah I knew instantly that customer service was valued, any questions were answered promptly and the helpful approach in getting the correct fitting harness was unquestionable, Sarah went out of her way to ensure we had everything perfect and worked with us to fulfil our requirements, if I need anything else for our Westie I will have no hesitation in checking out Bows & Whistles website first, they are an independent family business and this is shown in the outstanding customer service they offer, to summarise, would I recommend this company ? Great product and fast, seamless delivery. Have a puppy who was pulling on the lead a lot and actually hurting themselves and developing a cough due to pressure from the flat collar. Bought the Handy Halter training lead and it’s instantly stopped him pulling. Great value for money. I had a problem with the lead briefly (my own fault!!) and got an answer to my query within 15 minutes. Cannot fault the customer service or products and will definitely buy from here again and recommend to others.

I can’t comment on their products, but their customer service is excellent. I placed an order, then realised that it wouldn’t be delivered in time, so asked for it to be cancelled and refunded. This was done quickly and graciously with no quibbles. Thank you!

I purchased a pink dashhound collar for my miniature dachshund, beautifully made…….why I gave the review three stars was I would have preferred to have the clips the same colour as the material because being black on a small puppy the collar looks to heavy around her neck…..I am keeping the collar just because I love it and will maybe order more if they change their clips, this is just my personal preference

Such a superb company with great products and wonderful customer service. I originally ordered a 15m training lead and after their very quick turnaround and delivery, realised it was going to be far too long for our dog, so (before using it) I returned it and asked for it to be reduced to a 7m one. Another quick turnaround, and 2 shorter leads from the original one was delivered. So kind of them. The lead(s) is ideal for training with a comfortable handle and easy to use clip, and can be shortened again, whilst on the move. Thank you so much!

Totally amazing customer service and products. Dont hesitate to order from this fabulous small company. I ordered 2 very pretty collars for my dog. They were a little on the big side so ordered again for smaller size. Immediately, my phone rang to offer help as I had reordered. I decided to keep my first order to give to my grandpuppy for Christmas. The second order fitted a treat and I love the choice of colours/patterns selected. I purchased the 4m puppy training line and asked for the smallest clip possible as previous lines I've tried have been too heavy for our puppy (who's also a small breed) and have had him pinned to the floor. I received exactly what I ordered and I'm super impressed with the quality!
