UK Delivery

NORTHERN IRELAND & EU Customers – We are very sorry that because of the EU GSPR regulations (General Safety Product Regulations) agreed during the Brexit deal we are no longer able to ship to the EU or NI at the moment

Although we have a 1pm cut off time, we will do our very best to ship your order the same day but please be aware that because we handmake products, at very busy times there may be a day or two delay in dispatching your order.  We ship orders Monday to Friday.

Standard – UK delivery charge is from £2.99 and FREE over £45.00. Orders are sent out by the Royal Mail Tracked 48 with a delivery aim of 2-3 days.

Express – UK delivery charge is from £4.50. Orders are sent out by the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service with a delivery aim of 1-2 days.

Next Day – UK delivery charge is from £8.50. Orders placed before 1pm, Monday to Friday will be sent out same day via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed.

The Scottish Highlands & Islands – We are only able to offer you our Standard and Express services due to cost.  We unfortunately also have to charge a little more for shipping to you as we are charged extra surcharges etc by The Royal Mail, but we have kept shipping charges as low as we can.

Highlands & Islands Standard – Delivery charge is from £3.99 and FREE over £45.00. Orders are sent out by the Royal Mail Tracked 48 with a delivery aim of 2-4 days.

Highlands & Islands Express – Delivery charge is from £5.50. Orders are sent out by the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service with a delivery aim of 1-3 days.

Please note: There is no Royal Mail service on Sunday or Bank Holidays

Returns & Exchanges

We are happy to accept returns up to 30 days after receipt. If you would like to return an item of our handmade products because the size is not the perfect fit for your dog, we can generally make you a new item and we are happy to exchange that for you.

For items for refund, we will arrange for a full refund of the cost of the goods the day they arrive with us providing the items are unused, unopened and in a saleable condition. It usually takes banks about 3 days to process refunds. When returning any items back to us, please pack your items in appropriate packaging and, if possible, include your original packing slip or your name and address including postcode, along with a note to let us know you would like a refund.

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of the return postage.
